@PyleAllen @SwiiLive I feel like that can hinder the art direction process. Recently I was tasked with making a cyberpunk cityscape with lots of holographic ads and such, if I used purple grids to populate the ads to show dailies, the clients would be confused to see a whole city of purple.

Bitch just 15 years ago $5 worth of fast food could feed you for an entire workweek. That's less than 1 hour of minimum wage pay by the way! Boomers are desperate for us to forget that at one point fast food was price competitive with cooking at home. In fact this strat right here likely came in under the per-meal cost of anything you could make at home for the same amount of calories and fillingness. Remember, these used to be bigger, they have shrinkflated in addition to becoming more expensive.

@g_abe2 So if you genuinely want to stop or even just trial lowering your intake I would take a look at why you smoke and see if there are any events or triggers that might make you more likely to smoke and attempt to address them

@g_abe2 Could be the total amount you regularly smoke, could be how long you’ve been smoking and what age you started, etc.
As for why its hard to quit it depends why you smoke in the first place.

@g_abe2 Habits are hard to break even if they aren’t drug related. Our brains like patterns. So it could be that your smoking falls into a routine or that you smoke after specific events which may cause a Pavlovian response.

@g_abe2 If the smoking is therapeutic or helps you deal with stress, anxiety, etc. it very well makes it harder to stop even when you see negative outcomes.
In fact habits can rewire the brain to form a sort of dependence on certain habits or substances
