ICE murdered an American citizen and legal observer in broad daylight today. The video of the incident clearly shows that officers fired shots as the victim was driving away from the scene and not towards law enforcement. Congress must investigate this, end qualified immunity for ICE agents, and hold the Administration accountable for terrorizing our communities.
