CATSA’s decision to disqualify unionized workers without due process undermines collective bargaining rights. All of these officers are keen to return to work. I am urging the Labour Minister to investigate this matter, and find the answers these employees deserve. 2/2

27 screening officers at YYJ Airport were terminated without due process. The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, disqualified these workers which forced their employer to fire them, despite the employer wanting to keep them on. These workers deserve better. 1/2

@JennebelleH @WestJetALPA You have to wait until your flight has been affected. To do anything. Which could literally be 1 hour befor take off time. But they are supposed to get you to your place of travel within 48 hours of take off time before you can get a refund
