@CoachDanGo I Lift 3 days a week and eat a small high protein meal 60 min prior but on my 3 incline walking/Core days I do Fast on those days so I basically eat hour or so after those workouts around lunch time. I try not to eat after 7pm or at least 3 hours before bed as a Rule of thumb.

One of the best changes I've made to my nutrition was stopping intermittent fasting. Eating a high-protein, fiber-rich meal an hour or two after waking is better for my hunger, appetite, muscle, and energy than skipping breakfast.

Today marks 24 yrs as being diagnosed as having Type 1 Diabetes. This means I’ve now lived more than half my life as a diabetic.Thank you to friends & family who have helped & supported me along the way. Dexcom & Omnipod have been life changing & I hope one day there is a cure.
