Brilliant to see Michael Ryan go in for planning for new hotel in Dungarvan; much needed as there’s an undersupply that stops both tourism & jobs. Hopefully Waterford Council Planning won’t play silly, again, and no doubt the serial objectors will come out but majority want this.

@AdMMMM Because I’ve seen other plans. It’s not what we have come to know from Falcon, but it’s still significant for waterford. There has always been other developers behind the scenes.

Every single developer complaining about ‘Irish Water’ slowing up housing delivery. Who cut their budgets a few years ago? FG. Now the legacy is slow housing delivery & no one can say it as Irish Water / Councils then slow planning on other site applications. @DarraghOBrienTD
