Should intubated TBI patients be placed in the semi-recumbant lateral position? This study says yes. @CAEP_Docs is doing a great job of naming the challenge & solutions. (Thank you!) We also need to make these very challenging working environments good learning settings for our trainees who we need to become excellent, inspired clinicians as part of the future facing HHR plan.

As predicted by @CAEP_Docs years ago, Canada is going to have a massive shortage of emergency physicians. I just got a recruitment email from a single health region looking to hire 103 across their sites (~41.5% of the 248 physicians that enter EM training annually).
