@AvantiWestCoast Once again the service from Euston to Stockport is sadly lacking (19:30 out of Euston) with “we’re sorry but” announcements made 40 minutes after departure! Your staffing arrangements are ridiculous.

@bt_uk Why is it impossible to actually speak to someone in your organisation? I have urgent queries with my account that need resolved and all I find are dead-ends!

@AvantiWestCoast is it legal to have aisles literally impassable and people stood / sat all over the carriages on the London- Manchester train? God forbid anything untoward happens with this train because it would be carnage! Surely you should limit the number of passengers?

@firedoorguy Good evening. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I can confirm this and all other 16 sites are professionally inspected by a fire prevention company and that the magnetic door lock in question has been identified by our maintenance team  and is booked to be repaired.

@reelcinemasuk Staff tell me they’ve been waiting for a “maintenance man” for two months to fix this door. Don’t worry though, capacity of the complex is only about 300 or so.

@reelcinemasuk You only have 16 venues. Is it not best to check them all? To save you time though this is the Rochdale venue. Out of interest, when were the fire doors last checked by a competent person as required by the Fire Safety Order?

Everton's biggest mistake was limiting themselves to a single FFP breach. 114 additional ones and they would've got away scot-free.

We were made aware today that there was a strange odour reported in the Heysham area. This is currently under investigation and, at this time, we believe it does not pose a health risk.

@EE It took five calls, 90 minutes, and the intervention of Scott (uk based and super efficient), but yes - eventually. Very poor experience and I actually started a call to cancel the contract on all my business phones.

@EE your service is shocking. Three separate calls to 150 to resolve an issue - and three times it has failed. All I want to do is call a Spanish number!

@BoothsCountry perhaps staff need some addition fire safety training…
