Ban assault rifles, not books. Regulate firearms, not women’s bodies. Protect kids, not lobbyists.

When the assault weapons ban was allowed to expire, the number of mass shooting deaths tripled—tripled. We know that the ban works and we need to reinstate it.

The people telling you banning guns won’t make them go away are trying to ban abortion.

When President Clinton banned assault rifles in 1994, mass shootings dropped by 43%. After Republicans let the ban expire in 2004, they increased by 243% — please don’t tell me bans don’t work, because I don’t want to hear it.
