@SeaWorld @SeaWorld Really disappointing experience at Busch Gardens today. Discovery Cove ticket wiped from your system at Busch Gardens today. Had proof but was told “nothing could be done” before it was eventually fixed. We’ve paid for Fast Passes as well Not acceptable!

@SeaWorld Signed up for the Annual Gold Pass expecting real perks, but it feels like a total bait-and-switch. Benefits are unclear, restrictions everywhere, and customer service is incredibly unhelpful when you try to get answers. Not worth the hype—do better. Leaving kids upset
