I keep getting comments that Topalov could easily beat me. My coach once told me, "being too humble is worse than being a thief." So let me be direct. I have huge respect for former world champion Topalov. But the keyword is "former." He hasn't played at a high level in years and hasn't performed at 2600 in a long time. His last match performance was 2485. He is overrated right now. That's not disrespect, that's a fact. As for me, I haven't played professionally since 2025. But my last classical event in 2026, after a long break, was a 2600 performance. My last rapid event was the 2024 World Rapid and Blitz. Check my opponents and results, then compare with Topalov's last rapid results. I don't need to prove anything to trolls. But I won't pretend to be humble when I'm not.
