Details matter. We spent an unreasonable amount of time on the Stripe Card for Treasury. >Weight >Texture >Finish The sound it makes when it hits the desk. How the logo catches light. How it feels pulling it out of your wallet. I have stacks on my desk of old versions that almost made it. The final card is metal, minimal, heavy in the right way, and quietly feels very like Stripe. Small things, but I care deeply about stuff like this.

The underlying MMF accrues interest daily from T-bills/repos/cash. The tokenized shares follow the same daily accrual (snapshot at cutoff like 3pm ET to holder of record), with new tokens minted and distributed the next business day to reflect it. This rebasing-style mechanism keeps every token pegged at ~$1 NAV at all times—no mismatch or non-1:1 period, unlike traditional monthly payouts. Intraday trades settle on the daily snapshot. New funds match the current BUIDL model.

Transfers are allowed 24/7 to other approved wallets, and some DeFi integrations (like UniswapX) exist, but open DEX trading by anyone isn't permitted due to compliance. Tax applies to the new interest tokens received (ordinary income at FMV), regardless of where you acquired the base tokens. Accrual is daily (to holder of record at cutoff, e.g. 3pm ET), paid out as new tokens the next business day—not monthly. Intraday trades settle based on the daily snapshot.
