No surprise at all. The vast majority of fish-oil products are horribly rancid and full of reactive species which attack tissues and cause chronic inflammation. You might as well be drinking canola oil. If you want fish oil, eat oily fish.

@StrengthDebates I can do many pull ups but when I lower myself all the way down I get the most sharpest pain ever in the scapular. It's unreasonably sore. I love pulls ups , I just can't do them properly anymore

Maturing in the gym is realizing that pull ups are a primary strength exercises
I use 3-4 variations of any given strength exercise. You need variations for a long run way of progress
For bench press, I use close grip, flat, incline, pin press etc
For deadlifts I use conventional, sumo, deficit and block pulls
Overhead press seated, standing, seated without back support, standing from the pins
Pull ups, same thing neutral grip shown, should width, close grip, chin up grip
Primary exercises are simply exercises that you decide to spend more time and energy on in your sessions. Ideally the primary exercise is a best bang for buck selection.
Pull ups most definitely fit the bill, the return on investment is huge and there’s not a lot of people that are good with pull ups
Train them with added weight, bands low reps etc
Today I’m doing 20 sets of 2, it will take about 20 minutes. Your arms will grow and your back develops a thickness and density you won’t be able to get from simple isolation exercises.
