@ThreeUKSupport I think the problem is that I have multiple accounts registered to one email address. Both haven’t registered properly (after the app upgrade) which is causing the problem

@kitmalthouse The issues with Royal Mail are still unresolved. This has been a year of issues and we are still only getting mail once a week. Test Valley isn’t the only place affected See below from @CarolineLucas carolinelucas.com/latest/royal-m… It’s past being unacceptable now

@RoyalMailHelp still having problems with mail - we’re lucky if we get post once a week. This has been a year long problem now (confirmations that this has been “fixed” are laughable) No point complaining to local SO because it’s clearly not their doing
