A company vehicle hit my car in March '25, and @Selective paid to repair it. Since I purchased my car in November '24, I have been trying to put in a diminished value claim, but I have not heard anything from the adjuster or supervisor—complete silence.

@Selective terminated our Homeowners Insurance for 2 non-weather related water incidents in 5 years. Both incidents were unrelated and fully corrected with a good portion of the repairs coming from out of pocket expenses. To call us high risk is not good business practice at all!
