I sit in this caucus, and I can say that this piece is a massive misrepresentation of the current feeling. If anything, I'd say the prevailing sentiment is one of positive momentum and optimism - the opposite of the picture this person, WHO IS NEVER IN THE ROOM, is constantly painting. As far as a leader asking his or her leadership team to reflect on their accomplishments - that's pretty standard protocol for someone (in any organization) trying to build the strongest team possible, with people in positions they feel they are best able to make contributions in.
