Did my best to not look at the charts too much today. Instead I went out in pretty bad running conditions (hot, no breeze or tree cover) and ran my fastest 10kms since 2021 44:31, felt like I had more in the legs, and really wasn’t considering going sub 45 until the 5km mark

Sie liegen eigentlich im Koma. Auf den ersten Blick sieht alles lebendig aus, Volumen, Orderbücher, Aktivität. Doch das ist die Maschinenbeatmung der Market Maker. Sobald sie ihre Orders rausnehmen, bleibt nur noch Leere. Kein Volumen. Keine Nachfrage. Kein Markt. Das Event am Freitag war ein Reality-Check. Ein Blick hinter die Illusion. Und er zeigt: Viele Altcoins existieren nur, weil Market Maker sie künstlich am Leben halten. Für Volumen. Für Aufmerksamkeit. Für Retail-Liquidität.
