Nuclear energy is vital to meeting our nation’s growing energy needs, but first-of-kind innovations carry financial risk. Today, I spoke with Idaho’s own @john_c_wagner about my ARC Act, which will protect ratepayers and ensure continued U.S. leadership in nuclear energy.

The SAVE America Act will only require proof of citizenship when registering to vote. To cast their ballot, Americans will simply need a photo ID, which we already do for many daily tasks.

Vicki and I are deeply saddened to learn of the loss of Mayor Rick Hogaboam, a dedicated public servant who truly cared for the Nampa community. Our prayers are with his family, loved ones, and the many Idahoans whose lives he touched.

For too long, states have been unable to verify voter citizenship. The SAVE America Act is necessary to allow each state to properly enforce the law and require citizenship status at registration.

This week, my @SenateGOP colleagues and I are working to keep American elections in American hands. The SAVE America Act will secure our elections by only allowing Americans to vote.
