This isn’t reality for 99% of YouTubers. Individual videos that make yearly salaries. Although it could be if you do the same things we do: 1. Idea - Focus more on ideas than you think you should. Come up with 30-50 ideas per week (in simple title formats) 2. Data - Create a shortlist of max 5 ideas, and find data to support your idea could work well. Don’t just hunt for positive outliers. Also take in account the negative outliers and figure out if there’s an apparent reason they “failed” 3. Execution - ask yourself “can I execute better vs what’s already out there in the market?” If the answer is a resounding yes, you might have something there. If you are in doubt, scrap it and move on to the next idea. Repeat steps 1-3 until you have your winner idea and create titles and thumbnails for it. 4. Analysis - After you have created your packaging, analyze it and focus on the following things: Anything I can cut from the visual without making the premise unclear? Do I have (at least) three very different thumbnail concepts that fit the same title structures? Be thorough! 5. Longevity - Before you finalize your thumbnails and start creating the video ask yourself: “will this idea bring me one step closer to my five year goal?” If the answer is no or maybe, go back to step one. This is my IDEAL framework. Simplified for general use. It has gotten me results like the screenshot below. It helped me win awards as a freelance YouTube strategist. (literally) And my mission is to make this framework as accessible as possible for any new YouTuber. My first big swing to make this happen is my IDEAL framework book. How much longer do I have to wait and suffer because of your mistake, @TeamYouTube? It has been 42 days, and I’m still receiving generic replies with no proper explanation for the demonetization of my channel. I make every video completely from scratch in Blender, which take 4-5 days each. So, there is no way my content is “inauthentic” or mass-produced. Am I demanding too much? I’m only asking for a real human review of my channel. I’ve been working on YouTube for about 1.5 years, and I believe I deserve at least a fair chance. PLEASE GUYS I NEED YOUR HELP AGAIN 854K people saw my last post and I’m so grateful for everyone who supported me. Unfortunately, I still haven’t heard anything back from @TeamYouTube beyond a generic reply they sent me in January. My 10-year gaming/tutorial channel with 800+ videos was removed on Jan 17 with no warnings or strikes, and all videos were monetised. When this happened, I appealed through the Studio dashboard and it was denied in under a minute. After around 50 emails back and forth, all I’ve been told is “spam/scams/deceptive practices” from Creator Support with no specifics provided. In 2016, my channel was terminated under the same category and later reinstated following a manual review. This channel means a lot to me and all I want is a real human to review it so I can put this behind me and get back to doing what I love = creating videos.
