Case after case, Domenico shows himself to be a restrained, methodical jurist focused on the law — not shifting political winds. Socialist democrats lead the chaos at the Aurora City Council. They want to destroy everything Aurora could be and become some leftist communist commune. “There isn't a crime if nothing is a crime” by their definition. They want to control words, video, and policy, all in an effort to have their way.

The Denver Gazette said it plainly today: Aurora's new council is "micromanaging and muzzling cops." They passed an emergency resolution requiring city manager approval before APD can post anything publicly. Mugshots banned. Suspect names banned. Crime is down 26% — and this is how the progressive majority says thank you. But here's what the Gazette didn't have room to say: the group behind this pressure campaign isn't local. DACAC is a chapter of NAARPR — a national organization co-founded by Angela Davis and run by Frank Chapman, a man convicted of murder and armed robbery. Their listed partners include the Communist Party USA. Their goal — in their own words — is "community control of police." Not accountability. Control. They've been running this same 50-year playbook city by city. Aurora is their Colorado target. Who's really pulling the strings at Aurora City Hall?

The courts weren't finished with Tina Peters' case. Her sentence was vacated. Resentencing hadn't happened yet. The appeal process remains active. But @JaredPolis usurped the judiciary anyway — with a remarkable clemency letter. My latest @DenverGazette: 🔗Link in comments👇 "Let's be real: Jared Polis couldn't honestly write that Peters was remorseful because she isn't. So, he copy-pastes that language for murderers and cop shooters but gives Peters a pass. For Tina Peters, @GovofCO abandoned his own standard and disrupted an active judicial process — under the pretense of the First Amendment — to reach a predetermined outcome."
