@aajtak Sad part is despite so much pain he endured for 13 long years our govt still made it more painful by giving passive euthenesia. Wasnt his suffering enough that he was given a slow death by withdrawing life support one by one ?

कभी जिंदगी से भरे सपनों के साथ इंजीनियरिंग की पढ़ाई करने निकले हरीश राणा की सांसें मंगलवार को गहरे सन्नाटे में बदल गई. 13 साल तक कोमा में रहने के बाद हरीश ने आखिरकार दुनिया को अलविदा कह दिया. आज सुबह उनका अंतिम संस्कार भी कर दिया गया. उनके जाने की खबर पिता अशोक राणा ने जैसे सोसाइटी के व्हाट्सऐप ग्रुप में जैसे ही दी लोगों की आंखें भर आईं. उन्होंने लिखा- सुबह 9 बजे पार्थिव शरीर (हरीश राणा जी) का अंतिम संस्कार ग्रीन पार्क, साउथ दिल्ली में किया जाएगा… ॐ शांति ॐ… हरीश 2013 में हॉस्टल के चौथे फ्लोर से नीचे गिरने के बाद कोमा में चले गए थे और तब से लगातार लाइफ सपोर्ट सिस्टम पर थे. बताया जाता है कि पंजाब विश्वविद्यालय से बीटेक कर रहे हरीश राणा चौथी मंजिल से गिर गए थे. सिर में गंभीर चोट लगी और इसके बाद उनकी जिंदगी अस्पताल और मशीनों के बीच सिमट कर रह गई. समय बीतता गया, लेकिन होश कभी वापस नहीं आया. परिवार के लिए यह इंतजार धीरे-धीरे एक अंतहीन पीड़ा में बदलता चला गया. हरीश राणा के निधन के बाद उनके पिता अशोक राणा का वह छोटा-सा संदेश लोगों के दिलों को चीर गया. सोशल मीडिया पर भी इस संदेश को लेकर लोगों ने अपनी संवेदनाएं व्यक्त कीं. कई लोगों ने लिखा कि कभी-कभी सबसे छोटे शब्द सबसे गहरे दर्द को बयां कर जाते हैं. #HarishRana #AshokRana #RIPHarishRana #EuthanasiaCase #AIIMSDelhi #ATCard #AajTakSocial
