So I cobbled together qame.ai to try and help with a very specific problem: How do you "spar" with a live audience before the big day? It's actually been pretty useful. Yes, of course you could write a custom prompt and feed it to ChatGPT or Gemini. But I think being forced to actively listen to challenging questions without the comfort blanket of a transcript... and also overcoming the awkwardness of hearing yourself respond to said questions, is super powerful. Probably my own micro tool, however it gives me an error saying "subscription_required". But I think it's probably not a good use case for my app because the mandatory target audience drop down is pretty limiting. For example, my app can be used by anybody who needs to prep for a presentation.

I tracked my heart rate during a 45-minute speaking gig in front of 500 people yesterday. I used to be a very nervous public speaker. My heart rate would spike like crazy. The simple trick that changed everything: I started practicing my talks while doing light cardio. It simulates the heart rate rise you’ll feel when you get in front of people. You start adapting and getting better at managing it. Sounds weird, but try it. Trust me, it really works.

Just made the mother of all pivots. Might as well have scrapped the entire codebase. But I ended up with a much more streamlined web app targeted at individuals rather than being reliant on groups. @eliana_jordan No. Because the app is ridiculously cheap to begin with. And also because margins are so tight that free users can easily eat up all your API costs.
