Dilution always at the expense of retail and to benefit Instos. Nice discounts to VWAP if you can get it! 4. Where's the financing going? Seemingly no material resource upgrades. 5. Where's the REE? It was you lot who spruiked this so hard...not the market So what do we truly know for sure? 1. Dateline overpromises and under delivers 2. Colosseum may have no REE in commercial terms 3. Colosseum now looks like a pure gold play. And every chance its merely a tier 3 asset.

Will the BFS include details on REE's? I think I read in their email they're still assessing that so I'm guessing the original plan was that the BFS would not include REE's. But, could the delay in the BFS be due to wanting to add REE details, especially from Music Valley? $DTREF

@_OneF_ I was doing research into $MP materials and their strategy and how they ended up where they are and I think at some point there will be a cross roads for $DTREF where they MUST get strategic funding and not equity dilution or it’ll never surpass $2. I dont want a reverse split.

The delusional $DTREF cult won’t like my thoughts on this… so just keep scrolling. Dateline has spent years calling Colosseum a “Rare Earth Mine.” And now, instead of delivering a single piece of real REE news from Colosseum, they go shopping 160 miles away and acquire another project, Music Valley. It’s almost impressive how clean the pivot is. Now they have heavy rare earths too? Wow! This is amazing! Now they’ve got two massive projects on their shoulders. Colosseum and Music Valley. These aren’t lemonade stands… developing rare earth or gold projects like this costs hundreds of millions. So naturally the obvious question is: where exactly is that money coming from? Because it’s definitely not coming from cash flow. One project is hard enough to build and maintain… now two? And that’s not even including their Strontium project which will never see the light of day. And here’s the kicker not a single $DTREF bull could counter on: None of these rocks matter without domestic separation and refining capacity. Heavy rare earth mineralization sounds great in a press release. But who is actually going to process it? Where’s the refining capacity? These rocks are literally worthless without domestic processing and refining capabilities. This feels less like a focused development plan and more like a traveling magic show. New asset. New headline. New promise. Meanwhile investors clap on cue while the risk quietly multiplies in the background. At some point you have to ask whether this is strategy… or whether everyone’s just being played like a fiddle. I personally think it’s the latter. Good luck longs.
