@dizzyjw I agree that it will start getting tight fast with the top 20 shareholders owning about 80% of $DTREF $DTR shares. The last numbers I remember seeing (April 2025) was that the company insiders (Board, Management & Others) owned somewhere between 35% to around 50%.

@pmach64 @Croanthony If you’re replying to me, I wasn’t referring to the ongoing Colosseum GOLD project. Rather, IF and WHEN @Dateline_DTR proceeds with REE mining, it might benefit from additional funding. I think the government would then want in to secure supply chains for national security.

I disagree. I wouldn't think the U.S. government would want to make any sort of commitment to $DTR $DTREF before a thorough re-evaluation of the property was completed. The amount of dilution seems reasonable in order to get the cash in place to get the whole complex operation built out. Something really it a fire under Dateline Resources in late spring/summer 2025 that gave them the confidence needed to go into an all out sprint to get the mine operational. My guess is that any partnerships or supporting deals/price floor guarantees need that BFS and NPV calculation to be finalized.

$dtref looks like "when permitted to do so" In reference to government engagement, was a bunch of horse manure, as 2 diluting raised later afirm LOL

@Croanthony I wouldn’t write it off yet. If the REEs come in big at the $DTREF $DTR Colosseum and Music Valley projects, I would bet this Administration will want to be a part of it, especially if there’s a partnership with $MP and/or others for processing.

That being said, I would much rather that @Dateline_DTR had used the time and money to finalize and issue the BFS by the March 31 target date than do this promotional video now.

Agnico looks right on the Cu $, but quite a bit lower on Au. BHP looks higher on Cu, not sure about Au. Barrick looks a bit lower on both.

@HankRuehl @ChuckChunder007 @Dateline_DTR I have kept that in mind all along. It has been slow going for @Dateline, as is the case with so many other small companies that have substantial risks. But I love the research and learning, the potential upside and the various directions these can go (JVs, M&As, etc.).

Yep I see that that drill hole did in fact intersect a few thousand ppm of REEs over an undefined interval, and that Dateline is interpreting that as grazing the edge of a carbonatite (which seems perfectly plausible based on the geophysical maps they’re showing). Maybe I should rephrase my statement - Dateline has yet to show a single economic intercept of REEs at Colosseum despite several years of hyping its potential. One could be forgiven for thinking that’s moving a bit slowly. If that doesn’t bother you, that’s fine - just keep in mind how much time (and further dilution) would be required from here for Dateline to start mining, assuming they find a viable mine.

@HankRuehl @ChuckChunder007 Thanks very much - your comments are great ones. $DTREF $DTR has fast-tracked aerial and modeling at Music Valley and is doing the same with REE drilling. I think everything they’re seeing is indicating a big opportunity. If that’s true this could be developed at warp speed.

Respectfully, a >$1B market cap company deserves some scrutiny when they’ve raised a lot of money and seen a stunning share price move over the last year and haven’t produced much tangible evidence that they even have a viable REE deposit, much less that they’re advancing it towards production. No position here, watching from the sidelines so I won’t “regret” anything either way. But it would be very, very surprising to me if Music Valley or Argos were “quickly” in production, considering the very early stage of those projects and how slowly Dateline moves. We know precious little about whether any of those will ever be a mine.

Concurrent with preparing the BFS, they likely have been pursuing everything necessary to have financing in place so they hit the ground running. Both may be announced about same time.

@HankRuehl @ChuckChunder007 Just what-iffing… But, what if the raise is for the Argos or Music Valley project(s) instead of Colosseum? If that occurs simultaneously with release of the Colosseum gold BFS, who knows where they go from here. I think it’s certainly worth the informed bet I have made.

I think it will receive meaningful government funding support of some kind if those results confirm what many of us believe are there.

@HankRuehl @ChuckChunder007 Apparently, you guys are either way behind watching the streaming series called @Dateline_DTR or you’re sleeping through some of the key episodes. $DTREF $DTR HAS begun releasing REE assay results for Colosseum and more are on the way for both Colosseum AND Music Valley.

@ChuckChunder007 @HankRuehl The ASX March 31 trading day begins later today. You are correct - @Dateline_DTR said it would be done by March 31. As a $DTREF $DTR investor, it certainly won’t upset me if it’s a couple days late to include details about recent emerging developments.
