@BowTiedBull When I was in the restaurant business, I can’t tell you how many enthusiastic new owners that had never worked in a restaurant thought they could run one just because they ate out all the time

Symptoms of an unintegrated anima (feminine aspect): • Fear or intimidation around women • Discomfort with emotions (yours and others’) • Seeing femininity as weak, irrational, or ‘cringe’ • Idolizing women you’re attracted to • Experiencing women as otherworldly or ‘above’ you • Needing to prove yourself or win approval • Anxiety/tightness in the diaphragm around attractive women

"Should grown men play video games / are video games a waste of time" is the most Elder Millennial + Gen X coded topic there is, these gens grew up during the period when playing video games was a fringe nerd activity, and they're also trying to impress imaginary boomers

Fascia networks directly connect to meridian acupuncture points found in TCM. This is how modern biophysics connects with ancient medicine. — Fascia; which makes up our collagen, water, and cytoskeletal networks, connects our body together and acts like a huge bioelectrical circuit. — Meridians; are specific acupuncture points found to have less electrical resistance and more electrical activity. This is why acupuncture needling works so well in these regions, and why there is excellent research around it. Both water and collagen have semiconductive and quantum properties which utilize bio-electricity/protonicity, quantum coherence, tunnelling (electrons/protons), entanglement, and energy transduction (phonons, heat, biophotons, electrons, protons). This system ties in with all the other biological hardware (eg., proteins, lipids, melanin, chromophores, etc.) that we capatalize on. — Posture/biomechanics component; through our modern world, our biomechanics becomes compensated — compressed, tight, asymmetrical, etc. — caused by poor posture, centralized weightlifting movements, lack of movement, imbalances between flexibility/mobility/strength, non-native EMFs, lack of grounding/nature, and nervous system dysregulation (stress, trauma, emotions). This ultimately leads to dehydration in certain regions of the body as well as de-coherence of our biology. When we are in this state, energy, information, and memory can get 'trapped' and the flow of it all is stagnant. This will then also affect your breathing, which also influences innervation of the brainstem, the vagus nerve, and nervous system in general. Poor breathing leads to further stress, sympathetic state, and alterations in mitochondrial respiration dynamics (ATP, H2O, biophotons, ROS/RNS pulses). This is all a very viscous cycle that must be attacked from all angles to optimize. This is why massages and myofascial work also feel good beyond the endorphin/oxytocin component to them. It is helping to unwind tightened fascia, leading to proper hydration around it to properly activate these collagen/water networks to allow for all the quantum/semiconductive properties to take place. Acupuncture further acts to optimize these bioelectrical currents. It's one of the best biohacks you can do.
