Day 83 I am seeing p crazy body comp changes. I went from super fat, to super like weird mid-fat, to super weak and frail looking, to now starting to really see some tonnage and strength. If I hadn't been the one needing it, I'd never thought this guy in the video needed a cane to walk just 90 days ago. My tits gang. Blessed.
