Powdurs own model artist threatened to revoke rights to the model AND force deletion of all past content because of Powdur’s political statements. Then she turned the whole mess into more public drama and content. Long explanations and milking much? Completely pivoted her brand to right wing outrage farming, embracing the “racist” label and building an audience that critics say caters to the worst corners. Used to be the opposite. Grift vibes are loud. Just shut up you literally have the exact same now she’s now scolding Deme over: hitting below the belt when convenient, ragebait, and milking drama/engagement when it benefits her. If anything, Powdur has been worse at this game. It comes off as calculated participation in the exact cycle she’s lecturing everyone else to stop. Deme set an art boundary, owned regretting the personal shot at Chibi, and kept it moving. Powdur’s recent brand seems built on farming this performative outrage while policing everyone else’s.
