Marburg virus outbreak in Ethiopia, the first ever in this country. Over the past 5 years, multiple countries have had their first #Marburg outbreaks including Rwanda, Guinea, Equatorial Guinea, Tanzania and Ghana. We have been studying Marburg spillover for the past 2 years in East Africa through @StanfordKingCtr funding @StanfordMed @StanfordCIGH While there is better detection now than in decades past, it also seems that spillovers are becoming more common potentially due to other factors including more human-bat interfacing and increased stressors on bats. washingtonpost.com/world/2025/11/…

In the future, I recommend media outlets to hire someone familiar with menswear if they're doing a menswear story. The real story here is: Vance gets custom suits, but they don't fit as well as they could bc of bad immigration and housing policy. Tariffs also drive up the price.

Not surprised to see the 'Governors Public Health Alliance' formed by 15 Democratic state governors. Public health fragmentation is underway in the United States because there doesn't seem to be another path forward at this time. We saw this happen already with immunization guidance changes on the west coast and Florida. There are clear issues here, the most obvious being that large unvaccinated populations still pose a risk to those without adequate immunity as it relates to infectious diseases. State borders won't protect you here. This includes infants; elderly; and many in between, including those with cancer and other immunocompromising situations.

Let's go through all the ways this comment is inherently deceitful. If you go through the entire recommended childhood vaccination schedule, children receive about 4.4 milligrams of aluminum salts in the first 6 months of life. What does that mean?🧵

@ENirenberg I think you are missing the fact that 4mg of aluminum are injected by 2. And the only way to absorb 4mg from nature ie breastmilk is to drink 15,000 gallons of breast milk. Since oral is only absorbed at .3% vs injected at 100% over time 👍
