@boulderpolice @boulder_fire Camping along the creek is so normalized that BPD states it like it’s any other activity. Our city leadership and departments have fully normalized this illegal activity. Deaths, explosions, contamination, violence. No end in sight. I’m very sorry for the loss of life.
