For the record, Governor Anyang Nyongo will not leave Kisumu County in the hands of goons. Never!! Kisumu Central Mp Joshua Oron and Kisumu Senator Tom Ojienda are the chief sponsors of goons in the whole Kisumu County. Interestingly both are contesting for Kisumu Governor 2027. Kisumu County deserves better leadership not goonism.

Yesterday William Ruto told Kirinyaga grassroots leaders he hosted at State House: "Wale watu watu walikuwa wananisumbua na masufuria kwa kichwa walienda nyumbani. Ama mmewaona tena?" For me this statement is a direct mockery to Raila Odinga. Even in death Baba is mocked.

Linda Mwananchi rally didn't succeed in Kisumu. It was made successful in four ways and one big blunder by government. But before that, anyone saying that rally showed Kisumu people are very peaceful is lying. The goons were there only that they were outdone and outplayed. First, the attack on Osotsi really played a big role. Allegedly, Goonmond Omollo doesn’t deal with goons individually. He deals with the head of the goons, one he is familiar with. In this case, the Boy Akoth group, who, after attacking Osotsi, either got caught or ran away. This meant they couldn’t take part in disrupting the rally to avoid attention. Secondly, I realized the Linda Mwananchi team used a completely different itinerary and stopovers from the ones they shared publicly. For instance, they were supposed to arrive at the church at 9, but they arrived much later at 11. The routes used were also different, which completely confused the goons. Third, I think Babu was very strategic in choosing his home church as the starting destination. This is where he grew up, so even goons in his hometown who he knows very well, couldn’t easily attack him. Lastly, Ruth Odinga was very important to the success of this rally. Many may overlook her role, but she seems to connect better with the ground and she really persuaded people. I think Ruto is dealing with a very unusual breed of politicians, and he is really playing catch-up. By 2027, he might be completely outwitted.

The mama mboga are the most frustrated people who voted for Ruto & in 2027 they will be the first ones to remove him out of office. Newspapers have nothing good to report on William Ruto & they can't wait for him to be out of office. TV stations no longer want interviews with William Ruto. The kids hate William Ruto & they call him Kasongo. Kenyans can't wait to have a new president in 2027.
