Just a reminder: • People with #HIV can live well and long • Under effective treatment, they won't transmit the virus during sex without condom • If you doubt this or have irrational fears, that's not HIV+ people's job to fix Your feelings are your responsibility.

The 3-step process to sexual freedom: 1) Identify where your shame comes from (parents, religion, culture, porn) 2) Ask: Is this actually MY belief or was it given to me? 3) Replace it with what YOU actually feel Most people quit before step 1 because it's uncomfortable.

A client cried in our first session: "I feel guilty every time I masturbate. Like I'm doing something sinful." We didn't fix it in one session. We just started asking: Where did you learn that? That question changed everything for her. It can for you too.

Most sexual advice comes from people who are ashamed of their own sexuality. That's why it usually sucks.

@Wyd_eshuu Sex became "dirty" the moment institutions realized: If people are ashamed of their sexuality, they're easier to control. An ashamed person doesn't ask questions or set boundaries. Shame was taught strategically. Most of us learned it so well, we think it's natural. It's not.

THE ANUS IS NOT A SEXUAL ORGAN THE ANUS IS NOT A SEXUAL ORGAN THE ANUS IS NOT A SEXUAL ORGAN This is wrong, if we look at it from a sexological perspective. 1/5🧵

Real sexual freedom is unlearning what you were taught. Cultural norms hide behind "biology" to justify shame. If it's consensual pleasure? It belongs to your sexuality. Stop letting shame decide what's normal for your body. 💚 5/5

But sex is never just anatomy, instead it is psychosexually complex. Your body meets your mind and your history. You can have "perfect" anatomy but terrible pleasure because of what you believe about yourself. That's the real work. 4/5

I went to a school where teachers would routinely "come out" about their sexuality. They talked about their heterosexual relationships and having kids. Some even went as far as making us read books with straight characters. Despite this all, I wasn't groomed into heterosexuality. Still gay asf

If sex were only for making babies, we’d be a biological disaster. Even with perfect timing, the "success rate" is only about 25%. Nature gave us a sex drive that works 365 days a year (not just during ovulation) for a reason. It’s the glue that keeps us connected and builds trust.

@SexWithMick @Suviyafawn No, sex is about/for procreation. Intimacy is secondary, and pleasure is the reward for procreating

Science says: Generally, yes. It's a mix of fructose, zinc, and enzymes. Though it's definitely not a replacement for your protein shake. 😉 The real "health" factor is your STI status. While HIV risk is extremely low, other STIs like Chlamydia or Gonorrhea can still be transmitted orally. If you're both tested and you like the taste-enjoy. Pleasure is health, too. ❤️

@Nikuddapoet From a sexological perspective, this is wrong. A "sexual organ" isn't defined by reproduction, but by its function for pleasure and arousal. The anus is a highly sensitive erogenous zone, neurologically linked to the pelvic floor and prostate. Anatomy doesn't care about moral.
