Frailty is highly prevalent in patients with kidney disease and is associated with morbidity and mortality. The data from England is concerning - while there is still lots to learn. Bottom line: aim for as high vaccination coverage as possible and get those second vaccines into arms as quickly as possible - this will protect us from a major wave with B.1.617.2 in Fall.
