@NarcKilling People either look up to each other or down at each other. This is how I explain it to my children.Pride looks down.Ego looks up.Pride says go away. Ego says I'll get you for this. Pride = God. Ego = satan. Pride is arrogance knowing it's worth. Ego is arrogance wanting the worth.

@MatthewCoast Don't give advise to people after things happen. Why don't you teach people? Like Jesus wanted. Teach each other, share knowledge, everyone profits. Now we have to be vigilant, careful and a lot of people have to fight to stay alive or they're dead.

@Upwardchanging2 It doesn't but people become addicted to it. Then face withdrawal symptoms. I explain this to my cousin, 😭. You are strong but you're not a mountain. People will use you if you don't know you're not a mountain. When you rest, they have withdrawal symptoms.

🕳️ The Narcissistic Partner and the Black Hole: Why the Sigma Supernova Escapes Some people enter your life under the name of love, yet what they truly seek is not intimacy—but a constant source of admiration, attention, or control. In psychology, the term narcissistic supply refers to the validation that some individuals with pronounced narcissistic traits rely on to maintain their self-image. It does not mean that every selfish or difficult person is narcissistic, nor that every unhealthy relationship involves narcissistic personality disorder. When a relationship revolves around constant emotional extraction, it can feel like orbiting a black hole. The more you give, the more is expected. Until one day, you no longer recognize yourself. Many empathetic people begin by believing that patience, sacrifice, and understanding will eventually change the relationship. Sometimes they do. Sometimes they don't. When every act of kindness is treated as an obligation instead of a gift, something changes. Not because they become cold. Because they become aware. That moment is what many people describe as the Sigma Supernova. It is not revenge. It is not hatred. It is the moment someone realizes that protecting their peace is more important than proving their love. They stop explaining. They stop chasing. They stop feeding a dynamic that survives only through their emotional energy. For someone accustomed to receiving constant attention or emotional validation, that silence can feel like a profound loss of control. The truth is simple: Not every woman is narcissistic. Not every man is Sigma. But any relationship built on chronic disrespect, emotional exhaustion, and control eventually collapses. Healthy relationships exchange energy. Toxic relationships consume it. Sigma Wisdom A black hole survives by pulling everything toward itself. A supernova ends by creating the elements from which new stars are born. Your greatest achievement is not surviving a toxic relationship. It is becoming someone who no longer needs to prove their worth to anyone.

@Ernest1588761 First time I heard of Darwin was when my father brought home books for me. A Bible the size of a treasure chest, books from various religions and a book written about evolution. I had questions. He didn't have answers. Although my questions made sense it was fought, him too.

Sad to see Africa playing out in South Africa. The effects on people. Good and bad. We really need to stop. Just stop. It's like shoving children out of the way to win. Life is not a competition although we should compete. For better lives for everyone.

@NarcKilling Stillness is the best thing in the world. Sometimes it calls you. So loud. That stillness becomes loud.

@Fum1en Forget about Christians and religion if you're African. It's intentional. Ask China. They make our Bibles, clothes, etc.

@DAGauteng It will end the day Africa sees white people as their saviors and start taking back their identities or fully accept modern ways without believing we're inferior. We are not born inferior.

@mothjrn This is something my father aka pastor used to say when I was a child, complaining and arguing with him: Don't worry about people. If you know what I know, you'll laugh at how many will get to Heaven and ask: What's she doing here? If she doesn't go, I'll leave! Said to God.

Joburg can’t afford another five years of collapse. We need working roads, reliable water, functioning traffic lights, accountable government and zero tolerance for corruption. It’s time to get Joburg working. Choose better #Zille4Mayor
