It's funny how you guys insult Atiku and age-shame him, meanwhile, you sing the praises of Trump and you supported him. Even though he is older than Atiku. It's just hypocrisy and hate you guys exhibit on the TL. I don't really care about Atiku or anyone else. What I dislike is the hypocrisy you display..

We are not mad and this is not some joke because if you think an 80 year old man who barely lives in this country and only resurfaces whenever it’s time for elections is the answer to this country’s problems, we should be the ones questioning your sanity.

They are now wishing Atiku death?? Nawa ooh.. I honestly want Obi to be the candidate, so i will see the magic that will happen.. How can you be wishing the man death, he is not the president, he hasn't stopped your candidate from running. Yet you are wishing death.. Lol 😆

I noticed that you no longer post pictures of PO, especially, during handshakes. That's a good place to start. Next, is to stop your supporters from hallucinating about you, and PO having a joint ticket. That ship has sailed a long time ago. That ain't gonna happen! Additionally, you need to retire from active politics. Be an elderstates man. That should be your role in the next dispensation. Adieu, Baba!

IBADAN DECLARATION Communiqué issued at the end of Opposition Political Parties National Summit held on Saturday April 25, 2026 in Ibadan, Oyo State. Participating Opposition Parties in Nigeria, after an extensive deliberation on the collective threats that we face and the existential challenges facing our country under the stranglehold of the oppressive and anti-democratic All Progressives Congress (APC) and given the need for urgent, collective action to rescue our nation and the destiny of over 200 million compatriots, hereby resolve as follows: 1. That we shall resist all machinations by the APC to foist a one-party State on Nigeria and fight for the survival of multi-party democracy in our country. 2. That despite the onslaughts and manoeuvrings of the ruling party, the APC to impose President Bola Tinubu as the sole Presidential candidate in 2027; we shall field candidates and contest the 2027 Presidential and other elections. 3. That we shall work towards fielding one Presidential Candidate for the 2027 elections, which shall be agreed and supported by all participating opposition parties to rescue our nation and her long suffering masses. 4. That the INEC Chairman, Prof. Joash Ojo Amupitan, having shown bias and partisanship in favour of the ruling APC, should not conduct the 2027 general elections as Nigerians across board have lost confidence in him and his capacity to guarantee the required neutrality to deliver free, fair, transparent and credible elections. His continuous stay in office is vexatious and capable of triggering wide spread crisis in our nation. 5. That the National Assembly should immediately review the Electoral Act, 2026 to remove all sections that threaten the sanctity and integrity of the elections and run counter to constitutional provisions. 6. That all leading politicians that are being detained or harassed on bailable offfences be released with immediate effect and allowed to exercise their fundamental rights of participation and inclusivity as Nigerians. 7. That we consider the recent guidelines released by the INEC as obstacles, deliberately engineered to impose conditions and deadlines on the opposition parties. We therefore demand that INEC extends the deadline for primaries till the end of July, 2026. 8. The Summit commends Nigerians for their resilience and readiness to work with Opposition Parties to free our nation from State capture. 9. The National summit of Opposition Political Parties thank the Oyo State Governor Engr. Seyi Makinde and the people of Oyo State for hosting the epochal event. SIGNED: Chairmen of Participating Opposition Parties.

VP ticket that Wike called Dino how many times in how many hours, pledging heaven and earth and waiting with bated breath for Atiku to announce his name… VP ticket that turned him into the vengeful man he has become today…VP office is no joke.

Being Vice-President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is NOT A JOKE - it is a very very big deal. In fact: being VP (and loyal to SMY) is Atiku’s entire political portfolio - man left office since 2007 and is still relevant 20 years after - all because of VP. It is never offered - it is sought for and even fought for.

“When Nigeria called, we answered.” At the National Opposition Summit in Ibadan, Distinguished Senator David Mark, National Chairman of the ADC, delivered a clear message: Nigeria is at a critical crossroads. Insecurity, economic hardship, and weakening democratic institutions have placed the nation under immense strain. This is not a time for division, but for unity and decisive action. “The mission before us is not politics as usual it is a national rescue mission. No single party can do it alone. We must rise above personal ambition and stand together for the future of Nigeria.” The ADC remains committed to protecting democracy, restoring hope, and standing firmly with the Nigerian people. #ADC #RescueNigeria #democracy #OppositionSummit

Pro-Tinubu Post - I think Tinubu should reach out to Makinde and Adeleke in SW. Oyo and Osun APC are as useless as the P in psychology. The Ibadan summit today was too heavy and it will send two messages to the North; 1. Tinubu isn't popular at home. 2. The opposition is united.

‘Operation Wetie started from Ibadan' — Seyi Makinde warns against one-party domination Seyi Makinde, governor of Oyo, has invoked the violent political history of “Operation Wetie” to caution against moves towards one-party domination in Nigeria. “Operation Wetie” was a campaign of intense political violence that rocked Nigeria’s western region, with its epicentre in Ibadan, in the mid-1960s. The term, derived from the Yoruba phrase meaning “wet him” or “soak it,” described the practice of dousing political opponents, their homes and vehicles with petrol before setting them ablaze. thecable.ng/operation-weti…
