@alohasolace @Bitcoin_Teddy In order for some people to get a home, with bad credit and low income, they had to create sub-prime. I had a 40 year sub-prime. Why? I didn't qualify for a 30 year fixed. So, "everyone needs a home" left a bunch of people like me holding toxic debt. Enter the crash.
