$760M short on oil. Placed 20 minutes before the Hormuz announcement. This is the 3rd time. March 23: $500M short — 15 minutes before Trump delayed Iran strikes. Oil dropped 15%. April 7: $950M short — hours before the US-Iran ceasefire. April 17: $760M short — 20 minutes before Hormuz declared open. The CFTC is investigating. The ‘peace trade’ was sold to retail. Someone else got out first. Who knew?

Yes, under Trudeau's government, Canada banned the manufacture, import, and sale of certain single-use plastics via the Single-use Plastics Prohibition Regulations. This includes foodservice ware like cups made from problematic materials (e.g., expanded/extruded polystyrene foam, PVC). The red cups in the photo fit that category, though the ban doesn't cover every plastic cup type.

Unbelievable. Not satisfied with holding its own people hostage, the IRGC is now trying to hold the rest of the world as well.

Bombing Iran “back to the Stone Age” does not help the Iranian people or beget “regime change.” People want a secular democracy where they can chose their rulers and their future. It is the regime that is hell bent to keep its murderous hold on power even in a “Stone Age” Iran.

The brave Iranian people have risked everything to rid themselves—and the world—of the blight of the Islamic Republic. Threats to send Iran “back to the Stone Age” are inhumane. This regime shows no regard for the destruction of Iran—in fact, it has driven it.

This is today’s Dem party. Its full on socialism. Tax and spend until theyve sucked all the blood out of the American economy. Then complain more. They want to pretend the problem isnt an insanely wasteful govt that is spending us into oblivion.

Today, I'm introducing my wealth tax — and more than 50 members of Congress are joining me. It’s time for the government to start working for American families, not just the ultra-rich.

.@realDonaldTrump - a request from the Iranian citizens of CA-17: The USCIS pause on immigration processing for Iran is about to expel thousands of students who are graduating from college in May. These are F-1 students, who will not be able to roll to OPT, STEM OPT, or eventually H1-B in time unless this pause is lifted. These are young people who want to contribute to America; who are in school at places like Berkeley, Santa Clara University, and Stanford. Without lifting the pause, they will have to return to Iran in 60 days. We want these young, brilliant people staying and working in America, paying taxes in America and creating jobs here. While USCIS figures out the broader timing and implications of lifting the pause against affected immigrants, we request that the pause for students graduating in 2026 specifically be lifted. I'm happy to engage with whoever from your administration is best for this. Thank you.

Some personal thoughts about US/ Israel war against Islamic Regime: - I’m against any war but if my neighbor was threatening me everyday that one day I’ll kill you, I’d stop him/her immediately before they are prepared to do so. - Even one life lost is too many so we have to minimize that by taking action now. - No country including Israel and US care about Iranian people but their interest could align with Iranian people for certain issues - Couldn’t care less about right or left, but I care about action and result with integrity - I love beautiful architects and historic objects but I don’t mind losing few for my bigger purpose.

As a lifelong Floridian, it’s amusing to see a place go from being universally mocked by the business and cultural elite for hanging chads and Florida Man to becoming the shining example of good governance. That said, it’s sad (and a bit cowardly) to see so few of our famous newcomers acknowledge the real reasons why they’re uprooting their family offices and businesses and social lives after years of exporting West Coast morality to everywhere but here. Just admit why you’re coming. No one is moving here for the weather.

My information consumption is now 1/4 X, 1/4 podcast interviews of the smartest practitioners, 1/4 talking to the leading AI models, and 1/4 reading old books. The opportunity cost of anything else is far too high, and rising daily.
