Omega beams aren’t “heat vision”. They are cosmic energy that don’t burn, they can erase you from existence if you’re not powerful enough to withstand it. Cyclops’s eye blast isn’t heat vision either. It’s energy from another dimension and his eyes are a portal to said dimension. You people bring out the nerd in me sometimes. Imagine calling Omega beans “heat vision”. Ffs now I’m angry.

I hate it. I hated it when they did it, and I still hate it now. They could have passed the baton to Ethan Hunt without turning Jim Phelps into a villain. That move turned me off the films for years. I'm going with the headcanon that the Phelps we see in MI1 was an impostor.

Honestly, the '97 animated series is probably the best adaptation of Hulk I've seen to date. Not perfect, but at least in the ballpark, which is still better than the MCU.

Published in 1872, 25 years before Dracula, Carmilla is the story of a young girl, that was preyed upon by a vampire. The story is narrated by a young woman preyed upon by a female vampire named Carmilla, later revealed to be Mircalla, Countess Karnstein (Carmilla is an anagram of Mircalla). It includes a supernatural figure, a dark setting of an old castle, a mysterious atmosphere, and ominous or superstitious elements.
