I'm currently working on new Blitzverse novels in prose, including Blitz and the upcoming Nightwardens. But in the meantime, catch up on the Blitz comic (by me and Tosin Awosika @awotosin), linked below! GlobalComix: globalcomix.com/read/0ebd7c43-…

I presume this is happening because of the Brand New Day movie. Interesting lineup and probably an encouraging creative team, alongside an intriguing synopsis.

Have you fucking watched The Eternals? The X-Men are my main thing but I've actually read the original run of Eternals books after reading about the Forgotten One aka Gligamesh in a Marvel Handbook... She BUTCHERED Jack Kirby's work, Eternals is literally the WORST MCU film...

Inexplicably missing from Gary Gygax’s original "Appendix N: Inspirational and Educational Reading" found in the first edition of the Dungeon Master's Guide, the exclusion is corrected in the 1980 Basic Set’s own “Inspirational Source Material." C.L. Moore is again forgotten by the authors of the 5th edition. While Moore was presented with a number of awards during her later life and posthumously, too little has been done to celebrate her work.

@DT2ComicsChat Because nobody else has the moral character of Steve Rogers. Erskine understood why that matters.

#Marvel #MCU Any time they give the super soldier serum🔵💉 to anyone other than Steve Rogers in turns into a hot mess. Anybody else notice that, or is that just me?

Ian Fleming on James Bond: "Bond is not a hero, nor is he depicted as being very likable or admirable. He is a Secret Service Agent. He’s not a bad man, but he is ruthless and self-indulgent. He enjoys the fight- he also enjoys the prizes. In fiction people used to have blood in their veins. Nowadays they have pond water. My books are just out of step. But then so are all the people who read them.” “I didn’t intend for Bond to be likable. He’s a blunt instrument in the hands of the government. He’s got vices and few perceptible virtues.” Which film captures this spirit the best?
