If you don't like my last 2 take on ebay, you're gonna really hate this one. I"m not giving the seller a chance to "make it right." They can't. Accepting a return doesn't "make it right." Apparently everyone that's been responding to my posts today doesn't value their time or money at all. What do I have to do after I received a card that's damaged? - reach out to the seller, have a conversation - put in a return request via ebay - take pictures and videos and upload them to ebay - If they refuse, have ebay step in for a 3-10 business day delay. - If the return gets accepted, I have to spend my time packaging, printing out labels, and going to the post office. - Then wait 3-7 business days to get refunded. So my money gets tied up for 10+ business days from when I purchased to when I get refunded. I have a minimum of 5 additional touch points on the card to allow a seller to "make it right." The cost to make it right to me, in my situation, is 5x more than I paid for the card. My time is not free to help protect YOUR ebay business when you make a mistake. I didn't list the card as Near Mint, you did. Don't have the time to look at your cards? List everything as Excellent of Very good. There is literally 0 excuse. You only need about 20% of a cards actively traded population to start impacting price. There are currently 226 listed on eBay. I just bought another. This might be easier then I thought.
