In January, I pointed out that California was on track for a GOP v. GOP general election. I was roundly told that I was being hysterical, that the Democratic field would clear and this wouldn't happen. Well, here we are, 70 days out from the election, and this is still the case.

WSJ: Democratic Senators Warren, Smith and Murphy are part of a batch of senators dubbed “Fight Club” who are particularly incensed by Schumer’s approach to the midterms. This group of progressives believes that Schumer favors centrist candidates in some key races and is disregarding the enthusiasm a new crop of outsiders is stoking.
The senators maintain a Fight Club chat on Signal where they have discussed how to counter Schumer’s preferred candidates, according to people familiar with the conversations.

@pierce29729 @TheTNHoller And does it cost money to file for social security? It doesn't. But it does cost money for a photo ID, or a passport, or in some cases, a birth certificate. Not to mention the wait times. It's not a good bill, it disenfranchises voters.

@ShakerRoad @TheTNHoller The argument is that the disenfranchised are being hurt by the Save Act. Yet, some disenfranchised are on government assistance. Do you have any idea what you have to do to get that? Or if you want to receive social security benefits?

Mickelson duffs his tee shot on 8 and has to wait for longer than he wants to as patrons are crossing the fairway, not knowing he’s way back in unusual position.
