Years of service, still on probation. JKAS 2019 batch officers have completed 5 years of service, far beyond the 4-year limit under SRO-386, yet remain unconfirmed. The delay isn’t their fault, departmental exams were never held, and even the CAT Jammu Bench has directed Govt to confirm their probation. Despite clear rules and a court order, there’s no action. These officers have served J&K with sincerity. Urging @CM_JnK to act on the Tribunal’s directions without delay — such prolonged inaction erodes morale, breeds corruption, and punishes merit.
