I wanted a replacement or a refund or maybe just take the bag back, repair it and give it back. But there hasn't been any reply after that. This is highly disappointing from a brand like this. @Accessorize please look into the matter.

I bought a bag from @Accessorize in January. In april, the whole upper layer of the bag was peeling. I made calls, mailed them multiple times but all they had to say was you cannot return your product because the return window has ended. But I never mentioned I want to return it
