Directly. With respect. Here are 8 ways to handle conflict like a strong leader: 1. Address it early → Small tension is easier to solve → Waiting turns it personal 2. Lead with facts → Separate what happened from how it felt → Remove assumptions first 3. Stay calm on purpose → Your tone sets the temperature → Control beats escalation 4. Ask before you judge → Get their perspective fully → Curiosity prevents misreads 5. Make the expectation clear → Define the standard going forward → Remove ambiguity 6.
