@Shannon_Leduc @trishgreenhalgh Drs in residency programs etc in UK don't stay in one hospital. Rotate to different hospitals every few mths. Partly to broaden experience & partly to staff less sought after centres. PA's stay in the same job until they decide to leave so there is more incentive to train them

'Paramedic services have identified priorities and feasible programs. With the recent expansion and additional funding of Community Paramedic programs, particularly in Ontario these programs could be implemented and scaled relatively quickly.'
