@Krishna_925@Priyansh_31Dec You completely deviated from the question he asked. And it is a bad take that bright people always start their own business. Enlighten me how you come to that conclusion?
@Priyansh_31Dec I said the harsh truth. Most people r lazy. If ur not willing to take risk, u generally don't make in crores. Employees don't want to innovate, take risk in their own startup, they want easy money in crores. Founders take risk & hence they rightly deserve majority of profit
After you work in Big tech for a long time, a major portion of your networth gets tied to RSUs and the company's performance.
It is all great as long as the company performs well (or at least the world thinks the company is performing well).
I have seen cases where the stock price of some companies has gone down by 20% within a year, and it would be incredibly demotivating to be in that situation when your networth shrinks by multiple lakhs or a few crores in a few weeks or months.
What are some best practices here that people actually use? Is it to just sell any newly vested stocks once the RSUs start taking up a major % of your portfolio?
@nothingindia Nothing 2a (8,128) is performing horrifyingly bad in bgmi and other games whereas same processor in my friend's phone working smoothly. Benchmark scores mean nothing if it cannot convert performance in real apps.
