Honestly, I don't understand how @TradingLucid approaches its "path to live" policy. I get that they're trying to meet traders halfway by allowing them to receive a final payout instead of moving to live, but to me, it just sends a clear message to their traders. You get your payout, and then you get banned. Don’t get me wrong, Lucid is one of the top firms in the industry, but I don’t understand this approach. @ajtradinglucid Do you have any statistics on what percentage of people choose the final payout and what percentage opt for the live option?

@FarmforAnswers @Topstep Im leaving Topstep after this. Even if they rectify the negative balance, tons of people couldnt close in profits or at breakeven. @Topstep @MichaelPatak you guys never disappoint, don’t let us down with these continuous outages.

I would hope @Topstep just does a blanket reset of all red accounts today to ATTEMPT to get out ahead of all the negativity this will lead to. We shall see. If they want traders to continue on the only option they are allowing, they need to make it crystal clear traders will be taken care of in situations of platform mishaps. Hopefully they do the right thing.

@AskTopstep This status update doesn’t help most traders. I had my stops in deep profits and didnt trigger, ended up blowing my XFA. Even if you reinstate it I lost out on a ton of profits. Not a good resolution.
