People love to mock Nvidia's valuation. The same people were mocking it at $200. And $300. And $400. Meanwhile the business kept compounding earnings at a rate most companies never achieve in their entire existence. Yes, the market expects a lot, but the company keeps growing at a strong rate while maintaining STRONG margins. Yes, that raises the risk of growth disappointing, but I am more on the side of expectations not being high enough. These are real considerations worth weighing. This is a FAST growing company This is a HIGH MARGIN company This is STRONG FREE CASH FLOW machine This is a company with a PRISTINE balance sheet A company that continues to compound at 50% avg each of the next 2 years and trades at a multiple below 30x is going to make investors very wealthy
