How do we know JFK was assassinated? We have frame by frame video of his head being blown off. And that was ONE guy in 1963. It's 2024 and now EVERYONE is a Zapruder with a video camera in their hand. Yet, we don't have ONE video or even a still frame photo of trump being actually hit by a bullet. Think about that! @LePapillonBlu2 I actually do not think Trump should or ever will be charged with treason for the very reason Smith avoided it this time around. It is not provable ("peacefully and patriotically") and could hang a jury or even produce acquittal. The other charges are air tight.
