@SharonF27449228 @HM_Passport The system is a joke, they told me this morning that my passport was received on the 6th Oct,my royal mail tracking said received on 16th Sept, tracking history scanned in on hmpo on 18th Sept, where has my passport been since received in post on 16th Sept. Im fuming 😡

Good bye for now, we've finished for the day, but we'll be back bright and early at 9am tomorrow

@claireforbes03 @HM_Passport Hi my docs received were the 20th of Sep my application was passed on Saturday but I d still not got it I had to cancel my holiday and it cost me £450 🙈😡

@HM_Passport @HM_Passport anyones old passport received 18th September & had an approved application yet? Offered to drive anywhere in UK to collect to be told its up to examiners descretion. Applied waiting time was 3 weeks, they lifted travel restrictions 3 days after I applied. Help

@HM_Passport When you phone and apply for you’re passport it tells you renewals 5 weeks ??

@Speedydave_uk @HM_Passport No absolutely nothing and I’m supposed to go on holiday on the 11th it’s gonna cost me £600 to change £150 per person 🙈 absolute nightmare

@smartypn @gordonwright23 @HM_Passport Hi did you just phone the call centre to arrange to cancel ? I’ve tried loads of times and they keep telling me it needs to be in writing? I go on holiday next Monday and I’ve heard nothing from them I would love to cancel

@gordonwright23 @HM_Passport I was in exact same situation as requested old passport back - was back within a few days of receiving the request

@Emma190112 @Speedydave_uk @HM_Passport I was going on holiday on the 11th of October and every time I called the call centre after on hold for 30 minutes I was told they thought I would get it on time and advised not to cancel 🙈
