The First Amendment protects Americans from GOVERNMENTAL restrictions on speech. Private companies cannot violate the First Amendment, but you also don't have to do business with them if you don't like their policies.

So reduced regulatory protections AND no recourse if they act recklessly and cause injury? Accountability matters, folks.
