@amazon any chance you can get your drivers to read. Just had 2 parcels dumped at my door by your driver in your van not for me. Indian bloke. Had to catch up with him further down the road told him to read and give him the parcels back. No English.

@amazon If I wanted it in 3 days I would have gone to a store and bought one. Disgusting service. I’ve been told lie after lie why it was delayed.

@amazon Spoken to 2 people. I’ve got the email stating item would have been delivered 07.00 & 13.00 today now have to wait till 19th where it’ll get left on the doorstep by the delivery driver because I’m not home. I waited in all day for this.

@amazon absolutely disgusted with service today. Order not delivered with time stated at payment , 7 - 1 , and now have no idea when it will come , another item cancelled when I said I didn’t want it cancelled by your customer service. No help what so ever.

@amazon Can’t even cancel it now. Listing still showing that if I buy it now it can be delivered by 1pm tomorrow, I doubt that very much. My item should be here now. I pay for prime. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a failed 07.00 -13.00 delivery. This seems to be a major issue.
