@HMRCcustomers HMRC send out a cheque to my friend but it never arrived. Now they say it has been cashed but refuse to give details of the bank . Fraud line need bank where to so cashed , HMRC refuse . What on earth is going on

@HMRCcustomers HMRC sent a cheque to my friend . It never arrived but was cashed . Woman at HMRC refused point blank to tell friend where cheque was cashed and which bank. Tried to report to police who need to know where cheque was cashed . Wow
